Luckily, it can be two different worlds -- the bullpen and the game. Once I stepped on the field, it all fell into place." It was an impressive start for the Titans hurler. He blanked the Fliers 10-0 on a strong 4-hitter while ringing up 3 strikeouts and doling out 1 walk. In 2013 thus far, Mendoza has tossed 94.2 innings in 14 starts, fanned 41 batters, walked 22 and put up a 3.80 ERA with 9 wins and 5 losses. |
