 | Monday, June 10th, 2013: Tito Rosario Sidelined for Season Kensington center fielder Tito Rosario could miss the remainder of the season because of a torn ankle ligaments. He exited yesterday's Mississagua game after injuring himself while running the bases. The original diagnosis said Rosario would be out 8 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that." For 2013 Rosario is hitting .311 with 4 home runs. His stats include 31 RBIs and 42 runs scored. |
