Steven Jackson burst onto the Sub League 2 stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie first baseman for DeBois County garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy.
The 25-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .480 (12-25) with 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week.
Jackson has collected 40 hits for the Bombers this year, 4 of them home runs. He has also netted 13 RBIs and scored 15 runs while batting .336.

Steven Jackson demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Sub League 2 Player of the Week Award.
The DeBois County first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .538 average (14-26) with 1 home run and 3 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor.
Presently Jackson is batting .298 and has collected 1 home run, 5 RBIs, .368 OBP and scored 10 runs.
